Has running a 1/2 marathon ever been on your bucket list? Then my 16 week running program is for you! The program includes 3 x running workouts each week designed by professional Ironman Matt Burton (My Ironman coach) to take you from 0 running ability to being able to finish a half marathon in October. You will also get a personalised nutrition plan, a weekly check in with a Body Majic coach and we will be hosting a weekly running club training session.
